Neighborhoods

Whether you’re an introvert, extrovert, socially adept or socially awkward; someone who is starting to explore faith in God, are a new believer, or a long-time, committed follower of Jesus, we are all pursuing progress over perfection. That’s why it’s our hope that everyone who worships at Third Church will become part of a neighborhood making a commitment to show up and engage as often as possible. We can’t become the people God wants us to become outside of community. And who knows? The “people of God” in your neighborhood may become the place where you discover more of His goodness and kindness in ways you never expected – and maybe didn’t even know you needed.

 What You Need To Know

Won't you be my neighbor?

For the last decade, we’ve been talking in our “neighborhoods” during worship services and are excited to share that beginning in 2025 neighborhoods are expanding beyond a worship service, enriching the way we “do church” on Sunday mornings. Why? We can’t mobilize our mission of “every one every day helping one another experience life-giving freedom in Jesus” if we don’t connect with others at a deeper level and apply God’s word. Throughout 2025, our neighborhoods will be exploring how to practice the way of Jesus in our busy, distracted, and increasingly secular culture. Our neighborhoods are listed below and we’d encourage you to make one your primary landing place. If you have questions or concerns about where the best place for you might be, let us know! We’ll help you find a place.
