Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Dear Third Church Family,
As you know, there is considerable news coverage and concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are monitoring this fluid situation and have reviewed recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other sources. We have thought and prayed about some of our practices in light of these concerns.
We will livestream the Sunday 9:15 am worship service for April 5, April 12 (Easter Sunday), and April 19 at 9:15 am. Sermon discussion guides are also available. We will also livestream Holy Week Services (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday) at 6:30 pm each evening.
At this time, our church building has been closed to the public.
We invite you to stay connected through various online resources created for children and students and available using the links below.
We will continue to provide information about our offering in the weekly all-church email. Learn more about the ways to give to Third Church during times we are not able to have in-person services.
We long to see this current challenge as an opportunity to love our neighbors well, as Jesus asked (really commanded) us to do. Learn more about what you can do on our Loving Our Neighbors page.
In this season where we are not able to gather for in person prayer ministry our prayer staff and team would like to offer the opportunity to make an appointment for a brief individual prayer connection via FaceTime, zoom or by phone call. Simply fill this online prayer request form and one of our staff or prayer team will be in touch.
In times which are both uncertain and undefined, may I offer a daily prayer which may be helpful as we, together, trust in the Lord for whatever is before us?
