Third Church members that are at least 18 years old will have the opportunity to vote on the election of new elders and deacons, and the approval of the fiscal 2026 budget.
You can participate in the congregational vote in the following ways:
VOTE BY ABSENTEE BALLOT*
Ballots may be picked up at the following times/locations:
June 15 | The Welcome Center
June 16-19 | Church office from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
June 20 | Church office from 8:00 am - noon
*To be valid, completed absentee ballots must be turned in to the church office by noon on Friday, June 20.
VOTE IN PERSON
Sunday, June 22 | from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Attend the Congregational Prayer Meeting at 9:15 am in room 103/104 to pray and vote together. You can also place your vote between 9:00 am-12:30 pm at the voting tables outside the Chapel and Auditorium on Sunday morning.
A letter has been mailed to assist you with your voting decision. In it you will find a sample ballot for elders and deacons, frequently asked questions about elder and deacon responsibilities and a financial summary along with information on the fiscal 2026 budget. Learn more about the elder and deacon candidates up for election using the link included in the letter or picking up a handout available at the church beginning June 1.
