Welcome to Third

We are excited that you're here, and we invite you into our community with open arms.

We love God's Word and follow His Spirit as He leads us in ministry. We offer biblical teaching and Spirit-led worship, authentic biblical community for adults and students. Additionally, we provide the opportunity for children to be ushered into God's presence with fun and energy.

Third Church is a church family that has existed for over 150 years and spans five generations of believers. We are a part of the Reformed Church in America, but more than that we are a church that is focused on sending servant-hearted disciples with a passion for Jesus into the world. Over 2,000 people worship with us in total for our five Sunday morning services. We offer opportunities for adults in multiple ways through our adult discipleship ministries, and we mimic that model through our students and children, believing that "it's not in our culture until it's in our kids." We hope you feel at home here!

Sunday Morning Worship

The Sanctuary

The 8:00 service is a blend of classic and modern music with a thirty minute teaching intermixed with congregational readings and prayers. Praise choruses and hymns are sung accompanied by piano, organ, keyboard, or guitar. A choir leads music once a month. Communion is also available each Sunday.

9:15 & 11:00 AM SERVICES
The 9:15 and 11:00 am services have an informal feel and are highly participatory. Dress varies from casual to dress-casual. The music is led by a team of musicians that consists of drums, bass, guitars and keyboards. The service consists of a thirty minute teaching and is highly participatory. From week to week you may be invited into small group discussions, prayer, corporate readings and other activities that create opportunities to encounter Jesus. The option to receive communion from our elders is available every Sunday.

The Auditorium

9:15 & 11:00 AM SERVICES

During the months June, July and August, there will be one Sunday morning Auditorium service at 9:15 am.

Our auditorium service is a smaller venue and is a great option for those who long for something smaller and informal.

The auditorium has a different teacher and worship team than the sanctuary service but is typically in the same teaching series.
