Breaking the Silence

Description
Working together to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health challenges
Individuals and families dealing with difficult mental health challenges can often feel isolated. If a church is silent on the subject, it seems to affirm the message to those living with a mental health disorder—as well as to their loved ones—that they are alone. This group dedicated to compassionately educating and encouraging individuals and families touched by mental health concerns. Each month, using a variety of speakers as well as group discussion, we cover a topic pertinent to mental health. We’d love to have you join us!
*We will NOT be meeting on Sunday, June 19.
