We have entered the calendar months of the Christian year called "Ordinary Time." The traditional usage of the word "ordinary" was tied to the ongoing work of the church to spread the message of Jesus. The earliest "apprentices"/disciples of Jesus understood that they were to "go viral" by sharing Jesus/ teaching, healing, restoration, reconciliation and forgiveness.
